Good work environment and culture. Management is good. They provide work from home but disappointment because in covid - 19 situation work from house is not good for me Full of work pressure.

Salary is very low and no appraisal at all. Salary doesn't hike. No other benefits at all. The work pressure is very high. Necessary equipment is not provided by the management. Necessary number of computers, tables or chairs are not there and the offices are like old buildings which are in dilapidated condition. Job locations shifts from one place to other but Transfer Travel Allowance is not provided.Travel allowance is very low and it is not sufficient. No on-job training. It is not a place for growth.
