Since in a startup you wear multiple hats to play different roles, which leads to being outside of one's comfort zone & handling pressure, but this can also help in your learning curve & growth. However, these challenges foster growth & teamwork, & I appreciate how we can support each other. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the valuable experience I'm gaining here.
