The Hr Said to me last year may 10th that right now we don't have patient footfall so you can rest in your home and i will call you when patients increase but i don't receive any call from Hr department or my Tpa department till date

Compensation and growth is poor. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend tpa patients in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is very disappointing.

...harge personnels very easily , and they will actually listen to your problem. Timely salary, no dispute at all. Very cooperative , to employees and also to patients. I recommend apex hospital, garia.

I feel safety, and family like Environment, And There are every people Down to Up are so well . And there Owners are so sweet like Parents. And they are teach to us hardworking, with punctuality, honestly and with Confidence. I like at all things of this Organization.😊

No work culture. None of the management is native to Bikaner. All outsiders with no skin in the game. Terrible salaries. A resident working here is very likely to be deprived of any experience and will probably remember it as a net negative and a waste of time in his career. Salary comes on 20th of the next month for Doctors so you're basically working for 50 days without any money and it can be delayed even more. The staff is constantly berated and scolded in front of the patients by the management for misgivings that are completely management related like stocking problems. The HR manager quit while I was there because she found the work environment stifling and not worth it, think about that. Even patient care is terribly slow due to the hoops management has constructed through which the staff and residents have to jump through. Overall, a very horrible place to work, if you value your mental health, don't work here.
