We are work here like a team ,we are work for fire prevention and protection ,we have 7 employee work here out sources company. There we have littlebit involve in office politics but we have a team to work together and get success. I have achieved more technical logics and technical work from here. I have 2.4 year experienced in this organisation i think this organisation's stacture are good ,for thaat we are work properly and got success of many cases.

In matter of myself i have not satisfied abour thier sallary package ,i think its very poor.

Lack of focus oriented long term objectives, goal settings, sucession plans, buisness strategies , training & skill development, non adoption of latest technologies, IoTs..etc.,

Work Life balance is really good, No one asks you to stay back in office after 6 except it is really urgent/important. People are friendly and the atmosphere is good

Dislikes

There is no growth, People will play politics and try to pull you down even if you are working hard to achieve your goals. Increment is pathetic & there is always a game of favourism.

If you have capabilities to oiling your boss then join this organization, if not then avoid if you don't wanted to be a laziest person in coming years, then don't join here.

they are not measured people's performance, they measure their face value, if you satisfied your top level by delivering good speech (not by performance) then only you can survive here. Else don't think twice to join here.
