...they should attract young talent and shouldn't delay their promotions or growth. Give them work but pay them better. Give them responsibilies but promote them.The work culture improves if fresh talents are introduced. They should reduce bullying of the old frustrated professionals who spoil the young energy. Young people do not understand the political dynamics of the organization. Then have lot of energy. This energy should be positively directed at achieving company's bigger objectives and mundane daily routine works. One should not presume that young talents are selfish and disloyal to the company. They can stay longer provided they are guided under right hands. I'm referring to the immediate boss or HODs. They play a significant role in utilizing and retaining young minds. Giving them great opportunities at times will make young talents worth staying in this place. Then they will easily get into daily grindings for the sake of grabbing few great opportunities that will make them proud and these would be worth mentioning in their CVs

Not giving promotions in due time. It is not fair to allow promotion or pay hike to someone who is there for 5 years in the same organization. Its like forcing an employee to leave the company.Promotions incentives or Management Trainee's confirmation should not be based on egos of some old hands and HODs of the company. Its a relationship building exercise when we recruit an employee. HODs are the flag bearers of the company. They have to rise above the egos and toxic reactions. Their reactions are precious which can pull out talent from an employee or kill their talent.

Apj shipping company office is too good. Is only thing I like .

Dislikes

One of the worst shipping company in India in terms of ownership. No safety standards, no onboard living standards, or you can say pathetic living conditions , bugs nd cockroach every were in accomodation no airconditioner in accomodation, still don't know how people survive there. In short if in India Flag state will be strict this kind of company will be banned.

1) Incentive when the Company is doing good. 2) Location of the office.

Dislikes

1. Lesser growth opportunities here. You need to be happy with what you are getting. 2. Very political environment. Seniors are mostly concerned about themselves. 3. No training opportunities. You need to train yourself at work. 4. No real perks.

company is good. but there are a lot of politics in the company.I did not have a good experience there. I was called to join them in an emergency but when their EO returned back, they sent me back t home in 2 months only.
