They did not provide any kind of salary breakup. 20-25 document collect at the time of joining but they did not give any single document at the time of leaving. No provide salary slip, experience letter etc Worst management Worst work Culture Only name "Apeejay" Don't trust on name... Please search a company who value human.

Worst and toxic work culture, management is really pathetic and makes hell the life of an employee by giving insane work pressure. Co workers are not at all nice. Office politics is beyond imagination and there is no job security they may fire you anytime. I have seen this on daily basis, apeejay do not value their employees. No leaves are given. Worst organisation I ever worked with.

Salary is on time.

Dislikes

1)There is no job guarantee they fired you when they want they appointed staff on 1 or 2 year aggreement. 2)You have to take approval for everything even only for 10rs work. 3) Lack of planning. 4) Middle Management don't have the power to take the decisions. 5) You don't have power take the decision. 6) long billing process for contractors. And sinior will check the bills after the engineer checked and signed. 7) Top management and middle management don't trust on employees.

Nothing to like. No appraisal, salary between 7-10, No others facilities. But some extra facilities given to some selected people based on the local management decision.

Dislikes

Local management without any policy. How they run the company. Many good persons leave the company due to their selfish attitude. No appraisal on time, no benefit, some persons take 20 L CTC and others with same carrier get only 5,6 Lakh. At first sack the local persons , then only the company will be on right track.

Nothing. It's a fraud place running by totally unprofessional and unethical persons.

Dislikes

...ng you this is the worst organisation you have ever worked for. The perks are: They won't give you a salary slip (but will definitely ask you from your previous organisation) You will literally beg for a single leave here and have to provide proof of evey leave. For example if unfortunately, someone loses his/ her loved ones and ask for a leave, he/ she has to submit the death certificate and only then leaves will be approve (yes that happened). The r&d head has a background of Pharmaceutical formulations only. He has zero knowledge of API synthesis and always give you silly timelines like complete your pre-validation and validation studies within a month and so on. They don't even have a pilot plant. This is specially for the candidates looking for a role in chemical r&d (API). All HR rules are totally mess when it comes in the favor of employees. Appraisal cycle is of 1.5 years, there is no tracking of your leaves, bonus, and will never pay whole money of your CTC. If you left this reputed organisation, they will do your F&F in 5-8 months even if you served the notice period. There is lot more to say about this organisation. I will never suggest anybody to join them. If you doubt about any of the point, simply asked to any ex or current employees of R&D.
