The people the staff their behavior not in head office but i am talking about Apeejay school of management’s staff

The head office politics
No salary slip no gratuity, employees are always frustrated as they dont know anything about their job description, leave balance, salary deductions etc. they have no HR/MIS/software. Still everything on papers and registers.
...s close to negative. Management promotes politics between different departments. Employee salaries are being diverted to management's private ventures hence delay in salary payouts. Also because of unethical diversions of salary funds, payslips of employees monthly salaries are also not shared with respective employees.
No wonder, they are in Delhi government's radar due to such unethical practices.
They won't give you your offer letter nor they will mention salary structure on offer mail. They said that they will give fnf but didn't give my fnf. Lala company please don't join it. There is no job security can chuck u at any point of time. They don't hire muslim and have very useless criteria for selection
Worst and toxic work culture, management is really pathetic and makes hell the life of an employee by giving insane work pressure.
Co workers are not at all nice.
Office politics is beyond imagination and there is no job security they may fire you anytime.
I have seen this on daily basis, apeejay do not value their employees.
No leaves are given.
Worst organisation I ever worked with.
1)There is no job guarantee they fired you when they want they appointed staff on 1 or 2 year aggreement.
2)You have to take approval for everything even only for 10rs work.
3) Lack of planning.
4) Middle Management don't have the power to take the decisions.
5) You don't have power take the decision.
6) long billing process for contractors. And sinior will check the bills after the engineer checked and signed.
7) Top management and middle management don't trust on employees.
