Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

All the supervisor, employee as we as Manager of Apco pharmaceutical was very good in behaviour. Whatever I have asked they have solved my problems. They helped to me to grab knowledge about various instruments use to make tablet. And in checking the quality of tablets.

Dislikes

Infrastructure of company was not good. Proper humidity and temperature which is needed for pharmaceutical dosage form that was never get maintained.

Great owners of hate care about their people great work life balance excellent People to work with the company.

Avoid reason such as salaryed overtime . Avoid complaining and end year answer on a positive note.
