They have lot of work coz of this one can learn a lot of new things. You will get ur salary before 18...19 every month.

If u are not performing as per the company benchmark then sooner or later they will kick u out for sure.

Only one i.e. Fixed salary date.

No corporate culture. No work fixed HR policy it should be revised as per only company fever. The worst thing appraisal policy and their payment in coming 2 years. Rigid in out time. Over all if you one particular skill i.e. "BUTTERING" than apco is best organisation.

Nothing is such there to like except the salary which is only 20 days delay

No appraisal for 2 YEAR IF YOU JOIN IN OCT MONTH .THEY DEDUCT 2 TIMES OF THE PF AND 2 TIME OF MEDICAL INSURANCE APPROXIMATELY 6 THOUSANDS DEDUCTION FROM YOUR CTC

Company working approach don't have any professionalism. Salary will get as per the commitment, always one month salary will be in their hand

...rt out any issue. They will refer to HO, and in HO nobody will pickup your call. They will provide only salary that it, don't expect anything from them.
