I thought for a while but couldn't find anything likable.

...can imagine is there. Had few colleagues in other projects also, same condition. - Very less salary and increment even though I worked here very hard for 2 and a half year. Regretted it. - All the old employees are doing WFH, but if you join now then no work from home. All my old team members were working from home and only a handful of us were working from office. That was very unfair. - Leads and Managers were very bad and unsupportive and micromanaged us. - No fixed work timing even though I was working from office. Most of the times I had to work before reaching the office in the morning OR after reaching home from office after 7 pm. - Only work, no life. - They will force you to work on weekends. - No leave even on National holidays. - If you complaint to HR, they will also take the managers side. - They will not fire you, but will force you to resign. So, no job security. - Working here was very traumatic for me. I had stress and depression issues. ∆ If you are looking to join here, think twice.

Not anything here to like. Very bad environment, politics all around, managers behaviour are very rude, abusing language they use

They force to work on weekends too, and do not pay for that, also they didn't approve leaves. Very bad company . Instead of 9-6 they force us to work 9 am to 11-12 pm till night

Work culture. Providing best platform to learn and development of pharmacovigilance skills

More work load. Less salary, Good policies not available for employees. We have to work extra in less salary which I didn't like here.

The initial package given as a fresher is quite good compared to other companies.

Dislikes

It will purely depend on person's luck in which project he/she w/b working. In some teams there is a lot to learn and in some teams there is just work and work. Employees also need to stretch almost every day apart from working hours and there is just no extra benefits for overtime. Even weekends are mandetory in some projects the payment would be given for the weekends but it is less compared to the other companies.

I joined Apcer for lesser package as I was told by HR about work life balance, 0 work load and 6 mos hike. This was an entire scam. Currently working 12-14 hours a day. Even as beginner I am forced to reach targets and asked to compensate on weekends. I was even threatened by senior manager about PIP and also were to add LWP for the days if not compensating.This is worst experience ever an employee can have.The tone which managers use is terrific. After 6 months they are to extend the probation period. I have started depressing for the reason. Be watchful if you guys are joining for work life balance and job security which is least than any other company.
