Not anything here to like. Very bad environment, politics all around, managers behaviour are very rude, abusing language they use

Dislikes

They force to work on weekends too, and do not pay for that, also they didn't approve leaves. Very bad company . Instead of 9-6 they force us to work 9 am to 11-12 pm till night

Likes

Good Salary and Job security is the Supreme factor. Working hours flexibility. WFH facility in case of any emergency. No sandwich rule applicable. Proper Induction training for new joiners before getting live access. Supportive seniors.

Dislikes

Delhi office location needs to be changed {shud b walking dist. to nearest metro station} Weekend working amount should be raised. Multiple meetings. Stretching hours of work.

Likes

Compensation and benefits, but poor politics by few employees.

Dislikes

Team leads are just after money and very poor in managing staff. Team leads are just show off. Some managers are good inside, atleast knew how to manage work without politics. Career growth is nill. Those people who are good in politics and buttering perfectly will get everything. All you need to get good career in Apcer is buttering and buttering.

...can imagine is there. Had few colleagues in other projects also, same condition. - Very less salary and increment even though I worked here very hard for 2 and a half year. Regretted it. - All the old employees are doing WFH, but if you join now then no work from home. All my old team members were working from home and only a handful of us were working from office. That was very unfair. - Leads and Managers were very bad and unsupportive and micromanaged us. - No fixed work timing even though I was working from office. Most of the times I had to work before reaching the office in the morning OR after reaching home from office after 7 pm. - Only work, no life. - They will force you to work on weekends. - No leave even on National holidays. - If you complaint to HR, they will also take the managers side. - They will not fire you, but will force you to resign. So, no job security. - Working here was very traumatic for me. I had stress and depression issues. ∆ If you are looking to join here, think twice.

Work culture. Providing best platform to learn and development of pharmacovigilance skills

Dislikes

More work load. Less salary, Good policies not available for employees. We have to work extra in less salary which I didn't like here.
