...sh never to trust as human begin they are master to do crore of crore fraud this publication sector is never Question or any responsible to fired any staff or employee this is sector has very low salary 100% field work as nothing paid any traveling other expense all you have to do from yours salary which is for family used amount, company say use salary amount as expense and other family is not company assest.

... those can follow-Sky is the limit but nobody are allowed to cross the boundary. Salary on time and one man army is the best secret of the success of company. Actually APC is not a company, its like a "Lala ji ki Dukaan" there is a lack of system office politics, major issue is no-sitting arrangement for sales team, no self respect, nothing for learning or training, career-growth for flatterers only, no innovation or travel policy, no professionalism, no independent working culture, very tuffest work schedule 9:00 to 6:30 pm, Two time office reporting is major problem for sales people. Additional extra-work of proof reading material (pic & drop) to proof reader's home after or before office-time basically APC required slavers, Ladders not to Leaders.

This is not a professional company. It's a family driven business. They don't treat the people as an employee or human resource , just treat tham as servant . They don't trust their people.

Very orthodox minded owner. Works as a lala ji shop. Nothing to learn from them. Your opinion doesn't matter only you have to follow the lalaji order, best for time passers. Not for professionals..... Only hard work (donkey like) . Smart work doesn't noticed. You enter as a horse with energy but you will be converted into a donkey within few months.
