Good work environment and culture teammates supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus ever year

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2yers before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

Time salary credited on 7 th every month. mind absent body present in aparna work culture.no development worst company don't work here.

1) very high politics (blindly managers believes to politics players words what is true what is wrong they don't know) 2) zero Management involving 3) wrong planning & production . 4) just 800 rupees highk in every year 5) no value for engineers they are called to the engineers as a supervisor in aparna 6) there is no guts to the managers escaping from customer commitments like material dispatch, installation commitment 7) no id cards , no shoes for installation engineers,hr & managers playing the games. 8) no holidays even Sunday also team will work .no bonus,no voties extra hours works.

Worst environment I ever faced...I worked here fr 6 months...frm jan 2024 to June 2024....during June month I suffered with dengue fever ...I have informed my bdm ...that am nt able to work due to dengue...while attendance closing time fr June month ...my bdm and hr in con call they called me and I have explained my present situation to hr ..hr asked me to submit my doctor prescription n I will make u salary bt my bdm didn't accept for this ...he's saying that he didn't worked in this month so y should we give him salary just hold it until my aproval...donno wat a kind of person he's...every family is dependent on some income the so called bdm he made me tensed ...am wondering that these type of ppl still exist ? No matter wat ...u may loose ur life they need to do work n get ur salary ...is this ryt way to treat an employee who's nt feeling well ...actually company should help with some medical expenses...irrespectively they don't want to support their employee who's unhealthy...is this an atmosphere to create fr an employee...seriously I donno abt higher authorities in Hyderabad..bt here in bangalore rmc division I have faced an worst experience working in this company...I recommend nt to join in this company as there's no security fr employees

No feedback system. Very poor sales support. Monotonous work and extremely poor product hence very demotivating to work. They just ask for numbers but will never look at where they are going wrong. I quit very soon

Office timings are flexible.salary credited 1st every month Tour bills also every month 1st. My reporting boss is good person

Dislikes

If you work more than 5 years also you will not get promotion.no new skills will learn travelling also to much.HR team disgusting.
