No feedback system. Very poor sales support. Monotonous work and extremely poor product hence very demotivating to work. They just ask for numbers but will never look at where they are going wrong. I quit very soon

Office timings are flexible.salary credited 1st every month Tour bills also every month 1st. My reporting boss is good person

If you work more than 5 years also you will not get promotion.no new skills will learn travelling also to much.HR team disgusting.

...gement in transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a o lot of politics and the management doesn't address oor issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.one the job training is not given to new joinees

To learn new skills and manager was very nice and friendly .

Salaries was very low for small employees. We should join there with high salary otherwise we don't expect much from them later. Mainly hr policies was not satisfied .
