Md sir is genuine person,and salary will come on time ,Worst experience working ,it's just like training institute, no respect to Engineers, site management is to poor and more politics , all seniors are like

MD sir is genuine person and Only good thing is salary will come on time except that all other things about Company is ruled by only 2communities ,so much politics site , Engineer has no right to do anything you have to do work after permission of sr engineer although you're doing correct, all upper cader are all of same community and they force you at extremely to work on Sunday's, holidays time also they will force you to work , overall worst experience in career .

Good work 0f engineering and technology to achieve the best way for otp.compny are good appraisals and give satisfied salary and bonus every years

Nothing to like except the salary is on time.

Only work, work, work, no time for family, no direct connection with higher management, no proper timings higher management says only 8hrs duty but at site it goes upto 10hrs, Sunday's working, holidays working and so on....

... fact they force to come to site on Sunday and public and national holidays to.. salary is very very least in the industry compare to other construction companies in hyd.

People wishing at Aparna is only for necessity like me and if opportunity come. We all will come out of this company.

1. No worklife balance 2. Internal group politics(mainly two communities) 3. If you are employe also you didn't get proper response from HR dept. 4. No holidays in site.(Even national holiday's also).
