...ills. Working hours are very convenient. Providing many career growth campaigns. They give good salary hike and incentives on every year.

Need to work hard and sometimes work for extra hours without OT payment. You can transfer from one site to another if you not satisfy with your work.

Leave policy is very bad for outer Hyderabad staff, you have CL,SL and EL but you can apply only one type of leave, you can't mixed two types of leave Reference culture in company is very bad thing, if you have relation with higher level staff you get promotion, increment very quickly otherwise very difficult

Nothing to like except the salary is on time.

Only work, work, work, no time for family, no direct connection with higher management, no proper timings higher management says only 8hrs duty but at site it goes upto 10hrs, Sunday's working, holidays working and so on....

... fact they force to come to site on Sunday and public and national holidays to.. salary is very very least in the industry compare to other construction companies in hyd.

People wishing at Aparna is only for necessity like me and if opportunity come. We all will come out of this company.
