Current Management and current working policy and working nature is terrible. Company is trying to capture the market but not looking towards the employees and their salary befits. No increment from last 5 years. Terrible experience.

...hey are still with old ideologies since they are from ex-airforce or ex-miltery. no hike from 1 year no update as of now... but managers got hike twice...congratulations though.
