This is a basically consultancy company. They hired if any company's have vacancy, If that company removed us that they also removed us. They won't take any responsibility when parent company removed you.

Well, Where do I start? Working with Apar Peopleworld has been absolute blast!! One thing I really like is my amazing team spirit here. Its like we're all in this together you know? Whether its tackling a urgent requirement or just having a laugh in the break room. And the opportunities for growth and development are fantastic. I've been able to really expand my skills and take new challenges, Which keeps things exciting. Overall, it's just a great place to be with awesome people and endless opportunities.

What I only like about the Apar Peopleworld is that CEO christopher Raju is able to run his org without any vision. He does not hire good leadership people.

Dislikes

Don't join Apar Peopleworld- all review in Google and google map. Posted by their own employwes. 1 -Keep firing people after every 2 months. 2- - Very less active clients with very less flow of requirements. Only have java nothing else 3- Same skills/requirements year on year, people are tied their working on same. 4- Hardly will get closures. 5- Team leaders are worst than recruiters in knowledge. 6 - No fun Activities, no good work environment in organisation. 7 - No good leadership people, C 8 - ceo(@christopher raju) have no proper vision. He never understand that he is failing with his business, he is just firing people. 9 - from past 1 years he has fired more than 70 employees. 10- Staffing head don't know to run the show.

Keep firi f people after 2months.

Dislikes

Organisation without any vision. Removed all old employees. No Clients, no requirements to work on. I guess their paper work/docents are not clear that why they are not able to on board any client. Keep firing recruiters, team leads, and sales people.
