Good working environment and culture. They are provide good benefit like bonus , transportation facility and canteen facility. I am learning lot of thinks in my working period but less of career growth and financial growth opportunities in Apache .

From my side is the degree, intermediateanf below 10th student when starting time give the same salary for all employees didn't consider the Qualification

Good work environment and culture. All my colleagues were helping towards the difficulty situations. For freshers it's okay to start the career and move on for their growth by improving your potentials.

... of Politics in the management and not much transperant towards the employees. Salary depends upon their personal opinion and I'm not satisfied with the salary part. They do not accept for resign and they recommend that to terminate from the Orginization.
