...any is good but management is very poor and also there are lot of corp politics. Will get the salary on time but I won't recommend this company because you no longer will have a peace of mind. Stressful environment.

Lot to say about this Person with no qualities to be manager is an manager They have the name as GC insted of TL just to play safe from employee of either asking the pay according to it or else in the relieving papers Never ever join there as either intern or associate you may waste your 1 year of life just typing. No proper guidance. They just threat you guys for bad quality in your work but dont worry be there in the working area for 8 hours you will be paid your salary on date (dont make you desktop sleep). They say you just work for 9 hours (in words) And will break that day by day. Will have to extend than 9 hours to complete But they wont leave you when you complete your work early. Unplanned organisation in summarization department.

They wanted us to extra work without salary and some basic needs like seat and a system to login because night shift people came by 5:00 pm. Overall assigned lot of work but wanted us to complete before 5 pm. So stressful.

Worst Comapy management and there is no carrer growth. no salary hike. You will get Salary hike and promotions only when you put Bucketting for your leads and managers. Please dont join in this company. Also they will treat us like a pre school students

They threating employees if the join in the competitor companies. If we put paper, immediately they will terminate the employee with our salary, with out relieving order & much more... Worst company I have worked in my life.
