...gers are not at all concerned about the team working with them. Lack of support. Very less pay for the job responsibilities. They want us to work on deliverables ignoring the fact that we are not keeping well or even when we are on leave. There is no back up created for any job responsibilities.

Work culture and work balance is good.

Dislikes

Salary. Salary is way below the market standards. Especially my team the appraisal or the promotion is not even matching aon's own standards. So it depends on your manager completely.

Work life balance. Transport provided on pre defined routes.

...e very end and there were guys who were asked to leave within months of joining. They provided compensation based on number of years spent in the company and clearly folks who spent less time in company did not get enough compensation.

... management gets often grinded in between senior management and the gen Z crowd. Secondly, they should work on their salary structure. Would be great if they start offering competitive salary. Aon often faces high attrition because of low salary amongst it's peer companies

1. Limited hybrid mode working 2. Experience will vary massively based on who is your manager 3.In Finance few people ( revenue , finance control, p2p) have stayed back for more than 3 years whilst FPnA team has quick attrition.

...e , checks who and how much time you interact with other people on the floor 7.No gratitude for extra efforts put in work ( neither in words nor in compensation).
