Good environment to work and all the employees are very helpful. No workplace drama and politics. Humble staff and best infrastructure.

Nothing much but may be they can improve the current criteria for allowing bonus to their employees as for me it not working.

Variable is the major cheating policy in this company. They pay only 70% max only , employee performed well also. Dont expect any hikes. They will give max 7% only. And promotions means in Global change designation email address , nothing will change with promotion. No support from mangers. Waste on people management . Overall waste company.

This is only Global Insurance Brokers now - a 100% Indian Entity. Full of vision and are well equipped in Technology. The most important is their approach towards their Human Resources. It is remarkable.

We appreciate their democratic approach in decision making.

Great camaraderie within the company which made working a fun

Inadequate remuneration and higher level politics. The fact that Aon just walked out of the JV without a goodbye to the employees who had served it with such dedication and for so long inflicted. a dep sense of hurt
