Pros. Good place for learning for freshers. Cons. No work life balance. You are the only person who handles both development and deployment and maintenance. Work on multiple projects and technologies at same with with deadline.

Can't describe in polite and decent words.

They are very helpful and careful at the time of this paradamic situation of lockdown. At the time of lockdown, every employee worked from home. Now I am in my hometown and still working from home, that is very safe and supportive for me.
