Dislikes

India side AOL was managed very badly, too many useless MBA grad who did nothing but got fat pay checks, Techies (Phd/M.Tech) were ignored. Ignorant top man and his stupid strategies, groupism all contributed to best Techies either leaving the Organization or getting sacked. Quality of work became a dream as most good Techies were suppressed. Very bad and poor India management ruined it.
