Salary Date is 15th to 27th date of the month and interview time they will say no target and 1st month no target but 2nd month he will give the big target. If target is not Compete they will debit in your salary 2000₹ to 4000₹ And they will no informed and immediate terminate

...and they do something no one is doing their job properly hr , Tl, Manager .... Salary not on time We have to visit 2 time to ask for salary They just want you to get motivated and work like hell and achieve their demand As I was in (telesales) sales were we had to begg for donations from client and bring money yes for them asking for donation is also sales🤣🤣 And you will be paid the same amount that you begg from the donor / client Means it will be on variable I don't understand how can you can earn money saying that "a child need help for medical treatment" and you will be given the same amount that you bring begging like this This all scenario was not clear to us any of us, (colleague) while interview as I said HR didn't explained us all this thing and we came to know about this after a month that the salary is not fixed and you will be getting what you beg Fun part HR also left the company before us😂 No offer letter No resignation to leave BENEFITS:- NOTHING 🤮 Best place to see how worse a work place could be 🤮
