There's nothing to like about this organization. The only good thing is that they provide lunch and office location is very convenient. The struggles of this organization founder are really a big motivation but even he has given position to his brothers who can't even frame a sentence in English without a single mistake.

Dislikes

I could name a book full of things but will name a few. Reporting managers are bullies, they might act very friendly but it's just a trap. The only thing u get to hear from Mr.nitin (Business Director) is daaru( beer) peene chale aur beer Kab pilaoge. This man has more interest in drinking beer than working on his communication skills. The reporting manager pushes account manager to go attend client meetings just cause he can't frame a sentence on his own. And talking about how women are treated u can read a ton of comments on glass door. The organization would function in a amazing way only if these few illetrate people are removed from the system. Mr.Nitin is a foolish person with no goal in life. Just give some random examples of his success and hope everyone does the same. He says getting 3 to 5 joiners in 4 months is not hardworking but luck. Looking at the clients they have I guess getting 3 joiners in 6 months is a huge achievement.

Benefits are good here. If you work nice, you get appraisal and incentives and awards too.

Dislikes

Work culture is really bad here, pretending, showoff a lots. Learning is not there, not supportive to fresher or interns, if you are doing internship means you are for learning there, but they expect like a experienced person with interns. Partiality is a lot there.

School culture they have, they control employees every time They work how they feel comfortable dont thinnk about employees They don't retain employees they want employees who can work according to hr team Who can run around them Somaya and altaf are the work people to work with They do micromanagement badly to the employees They just want to be in good bood with the CEO THEY CAN SPOIL ANYONE LIFE

HR MANAGER AND VP Thry change policy according to their needs Dont have humanity for any thing nor any employee You can't take WFH, LEAVES, MEDICAL EMERGENCY LEAVES They want people to come to office any cost

There's nothing to like there,no transparency only office politics,no support from team lead and manager ,always the manger and lead will take the credit of your work ,no incentives My only opinion is nobody should join anzy at any cost you will surely regret it.

There is nothing to like . There is only politics and management doesn't address our issues,the manager and lead will always take credits of your work ,so that their target get fulfilled but you will always be lagging behind after all the efforts
