...ersonal Trainers like nothing. No respect for Personal Trainers from management. They don't provide basic salary, still they force to standing personal trainers even if they've no client on that time. Worst management ever. Management is worst.

...n don't know what's comapny's name. they don't want to see any employee to grow. Company policy is like after four years your salary is decreased.

Anytime Fitness is an amazing brand to work with. But only if the management is right. Amazing members are there to connect with, a nice gym with great machines, so as an employee you get them for free! Staff has always been great!

There's so many things I dislike about this company: -No equality (in terms of work n pay) -No job security (if you're not meeting your targets you can leave!) -No facilities for staff (Tea or coffee machines, snacks or anything) -Worst kind of management. -No career growth. -No freedom.
