...ew of the owner of the company leading a technical team. Company policy is shit. And they hire low salary ITI for electrician work and once the work is complete they fire that person. Job security is nil. HR team can get a simple approval. Only the bootlickers can survive this company. And salary never on time. If you work 2 month then one month's salary is credited. Overall very bad experience.

This company is not recommended at all for those who want to switch their job for salary hike. This company keeps their employees on roll but that doesn't mean they are permanent, job security is very low here. Company culture is decent but most employees I met there were too uncultured and unsophisticated.

Dislikes

... ' poor performance. ' So you have to take this risk while joining this company. Salary is never on time here and I never heard about appraisal here. Talking about politics, I personally faced it a lot.

Its a really nice company and the people are very friendly nature they support to grow and make the happy environment.. Our previous Boss Mr. Tushar Dalmia having good behavior with there employees and I have learned many things from our Bade Sir Mr. Sunil Dalmia.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
