...do your work at the utmost and not ask for travelling allowances and if you are also okay with company not paying you on the given date set by their standards.

Dislikes

Does not pay for the extra effort that you put into your work. Also, you have to tell them several times for simple task such as when would be the best time to discuss ideas which might or might be beneficial to both. You do not get pay according to the work and even if you do it would come late. They use employee innocence and does not give them reminders or correct information on payment benefits. There is no development if you are working as care specialist.

・Toxic environment ・No work-life balance ⁠・management blindly trusts TLs who don't have any knowledge or leadership skills. ・squeezing extra working hours from employees. ・Not paying the salaries as discussed while joining. ・Not open to ideas ・No proper policies

Job was quite interesting but later got frustrated because there was lots of politics in office and management team was not addressing issues and there is no value of employees who work hard if we ask for hike or promotion they will create false news and terminate them if we do chamchagiri will get promotion faster.

As company itself is into senior care, founder and people joined this mission are possessing empathetic approach and carry out the same attitude while working as a team. Management understand humans working for humans that makes your job experience fantastic and satisfying and excited to contribute best for company. Also, work life balance is 101%.
