Staff behaviour , nagitive vibe , always the higher authority abuse to there junior even the dr Ashish abuse to there staff example (madharch*d bheanch*d and so on )so I can't tolerate these such kind of behaviour of the higher authority

I have 13 years of working experience in many organizations but I had never seen such a third class bull shit organization like this before. Ashish Joint Replacement Care Pvt Limited is a part of anup institute of orthopaedics and rehabilitation working there is a horrible experience. Owners of this organization treat with their employees like their pet dog or like an animal. No job security they use to terminate people without any reason. They scold daily and sometimes also beat their employees. They don't know how to give respect. They are double face, ungrateful, selfish horrible person. If you join this organization you will definitely ruin your own career on your own hand. One of the most worst place to do work in entire patna. Owners of this organization is the most toxic people who make the entire environment fully toxic to do work..
