No job security. Managers hire without knowing the experience and skill of the individual and then asked to resign if that individual is not able to meet the expectations. Their CEO does not think twice before asking the individuals to put down their papers. Only few individuals are able to survive. Very Bad employer.

Manager will ask update even he knows that you're on leave.

...er joining they convert sometimes into daily calling just like a call center. As per the market, salary here is below average. Expect us to work perfectly in worst salary in market They will make you work like labour's and at the time of appraisals they give silly reasons ! Never take care of their employees. If you are from third party and if you don't take comp off then they will cut your salary. The company is only interested in earning huge profits and least bothered about the employees.

Company is paying salary on time during COVID19. Working with Anunta is good for people who can put work his work on someone else shoulder. Office is in Nirlon IT Park, a very posh & beautiful location. For a fresher its good to join for some time. Salary is credited on time, last day of every month.

Dislikes

Work-life here is too upsetting. No night shift allowance. No transport facility. Senior management is hopeless. but you may rely on some top management. If you make mistakes there will be no one to rectify it & guide you politely & respectfully but instead your manager will disgrace you & yell at you even for very minor things. The management never pays attention to people who actually work. Due to lot of politics & favoritism lot of people leave the company before completing a year. If you are on third party payroll they will treat you as orphans. Working here is a mental torture to yourself
