U never get salary hike on time Non Technical staff dominance and they rule our company because of this u will not get satisfied with work Internal Politics Happen U never get leave on single attempt

Getting knowledge from senior is very first positive,salary will come on time, my work here is very good

They won't give salary hike on time and will not match with industry standards, but they always compare company with top tier companies in quality and they give quality but they won't follow those standards in employee development except quality, hr never answers nor call backs to employees also, even with payslips

Very bad management for work ethics because if you say that some xyz person is taking leads for personal use then also no action is taken 2000 is what the management gives as a incentive for selling 1 cr flat that too if we do 3 sales in a month and in that 1 sale gets cancelled zero incentive
