Good for Freshers for first 3 years and good for 7 to 8 years expierenced candidates as pay will be good. Flexible work timings and work from home opportunity

The team which I was in did not have a good manager, no growth or knowledge transfer after a point due to which old employees stay on top and do not leave

Appraisals are fine as per your expectations nothing more or less . Work from option available but there are other issues which i would mention in next tab. reimbursements for certification exams cost is given. I joined as a fresher and it was good for learning and improving my skill set. Flexible working hours. The company is only good for freshers.

Dislikes

Team :There are only 2 major issues which made me leave. Firstly the team I worked for can be considered as been made up of only 2 people, the manager and a senior who has decided to stick to the company and not share any knowledge or work which would help the team members to move up or improve their skills/ range of work. Adding to his rude behavior he also handles the roster management and none of your requests are considered. Secondly the issue is with the manager who listens to only above mentioned senior and considers the rest of the experienced or fresher team to be unreliable. Manager seems to have trust issues with the team thus does not support during crisis or escalations and blame the members without prior knowledge. Manager does not consider and thus commit blindly without communicating to team. There is zero initiative by the manager to speak to management for on-site option available, rewards and recognition provided by company, compensations of reimbursements, and new learning opportunities in different streams ( a direct no would be the answer without checking). We would rather skip the manager and speak directly to the director which could give better results .No recognition in the team for any work done. I have seen many people leave after joining as they were not happy with the way the team is managed or work/support provided to them. The Support team seem to have better opportunity and recognition compared to the team I work which in reality is a first level team. Adding to everything is the limited knowledge of basic concepts related to work which the manager holds. Just to sum up the manager does not know how to manage and is not a team player.
