...ino instead of other available opportunities. Join when its 15 yrs old, not now. If you work this much in other company, you get double the salary and much more appreciation.

Dislikes

Salary is always less ot not on time. Tech lead is not there in a project. Non tech managers are fighting the war of techs. Incompetent VP techs, wasting our times.

Likes

The most important things in any job are compensation, growth rate and work culture. And fortunately, in Antino I am blessed with the best of all three. Grateful to be a part of Antino.

Antino is all about perfection at this stage. I don't think there's something disliking about the organisation.

Learning speed is very high.

Dislikes

Workload also too high and poor work life balance. And if you make any kind of mistake while serving notice period they will deduct 50% of 2month salary which is on hold during 2months notice period. They will not care about your contribution . your hardwork etc in your past to the company.

Overall worst organization. They only hire interns and lay them off before 6 months. Most of the time they fire employees due to no projects and make them work for 12 to 16 hours a day and pay them really less, not only during office hours but they try to ruin your personal life which is out of office. Office politics is at peak. They are worse than anything and would make you mentally weak. They don't motivate they try to make you feel degraded...No emphasis on learning and only hire interns so that they can get their work done in less cost and make huge profits.

There's nothing that is being liked by me... everything is worst.. No money No work only layoffs.. managers are worst they only play politics.
