The co-workers were nice enough to train me when I joined as an intern.

...ing about the employees to the interns is a very common thing in this company... Salary is too less and incentive structure is too bad. No perks. No one to supervise... And manager level performance is expected from freshers.

...agers are true proffesionals who allow us space to figure things out on our own. A good way to start your career but salary issues can make your mood sour. Very less paid leaves and strictness about salary deductions may spoil the efforts of managers.

There was nothing that I liked working out there.. Maybe earlier it was good but not now...only positive thing is that I made good friends out there.. very less employees are working right now.. mostly freshers

.... There was no one to train or teach us.. very difficult for a fresher to work.. always there were salary issues.. offer letter not provided on time... No pay slips.etc
