I had the opportunity to work as a consultant where I had complete autonomy in planning my tasks and was not required to adhere to a fixed work schedule. Furthermore, I received all the essential facilities during my site visits and never faced any inquiries regarding my expenses.

...eceive any assistance or support when it comes to assets such as computers, etc. Regarding payments, you're required to consistently follow up with them, and if you don't negotiate effectively, you might not receive adequate compensation. After the project is completed, they show little concern for your well-being and can come across as if they are doing you a favor. If you happen to secure a consultant position with this company, it's advisable to assertively request fair compensation.

They don't think about employee. After resignation i got my full and final amount 4 months later. Very unprofessional peoples. They made my full and final because i raised complaint against then.
