Working as a creative designer and Photographer, its always good to connect with like minded people and work on making something beautiful and worth buying or watching. The Team was good to share ideas, work and communicate with. As its a small team of recently graduated Fashion/Apparel Designers, you are on your own to work, learn and grow. The owner is highly talented and a great guy to work with and learn from, but is mostly not present in the office. You might also feel the politics amongst the team members. I worked there for a project and was part of the team for a short period of time only but at the end, i had to leave without getting paid for all those efforts and months that i worked at antarDESI, so it wasnt a pleasent experience for me at the end.

Dislikes

Almost no or very Less focus on training and Support, almost no job security, career growth depends upon your own passion and will to succeed, and being in the creative background, you would be expected to work overtime and still reach office on time the next morning.
