US leadership team need to understand that they need a strong management team in India to efficiently run India operations. Us and India leadership team need to work together and should reflect as a unified team.

Teammates: Good, Training: Zero, Job Security: Partially Ok, Career Growth: Zero, Salary/Appraisal: One fourth of the market standards, Travel: Zero, Politics: Very High (100 out of 100), Learning: Zero,Work Environment: Filled With Cockroaches 😕, Innovation: Zero, Work-Life Balance: Ok (50 out of 100).

Dislikes

Too much politics, no growth in both learning or in salary. Bad profile. But good facilities ( now facilities are being reduced 1 by 1).

...ellent training and development program. Great team mates and work environment. Salary is good. Opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Rigid working hours and poor work/life balance. Not much career growth and terrible job security.

ANSR has a tight set but it will prep you up for corporate. Skills you develop both soft and technical will run with for long. HR policies are fair and square(Too British- wish I could explain it a better way but is best left to imagination of the seeker)

Dislikes

Very uptight. Few departments have exciting work and couple other more like industrial (too much work and timings for too less pay-fair and square pay) Not much growth prospect here
