New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Worst Company Structure I had ever seen...They even not made payment of my last month of work in that company..Also they want a engineer to be work on a role of supervisor, Foreman, even like a Group D staff..Once I got instructions to do the cureing of a recently casted slab of over 5500sqm areas and I have to do that work..👿👿 Ashamed of as a part of the Company for few months..

Dislikes

Higher Authority in Construction team had no idea about site work but, they made the decision for site execution every time in a impossible ways.And you have to follow that stupid planning as you know that there is no such a way to do this work.
