Managers are very bad Even they don't know how to behave with customer as well as employee Hectic formats Weekly discouraging meetings Zero work satisfaction They don't know how to handle new employee's probation period On very 1st day of working they asked about conversions of customer and all pressure One manager uses abusing languages After complaining no actions are taken against them Every single day politics is done All team members are unsatisfied with the current management

Dislikes

Salary, attitude of managment towards employees poor to worst and apprisal system is non-existent. Simply a blame game. Nothing else. Suicidal to join this company.
