... WAS RUNNING ONE OFFICE TO SECOND OFFICE & SECOND OFFICE TO ONE OFFICE. AFTER 2.50 MONTHS WITHOUT SALARY, HR HEAD OF ANSAL PROPERTIES SAID TO ME ,YOU SHOULD GIVE RESIGNATION, OTHERWISE I SHALL SEND YOU BOMBAY. YOU TOLD ME THAT YOUR FATHER IS SICK. THEN I RESIGNED AND GOT MY SALARY. NET YEAR MY FATHER EXPIRED. IF MY ANY GOD FATHER IN THE COMPANY. NOTHING HAPPENED.

Nothing to like. Very much delay in making salary payments more than 5 months. Company under NCLT. Not to join they never give full and final.

Management always disrespect you. HR is unprofessional. Don't join this company. Very poor organisation to work

...want to belittle employees he is a high headed person with no compassion at all. they want you to work but never expect salary only mischievious people can survive here who are cheaters like the owners themselves.

I was good few years back at the time of Leadership of Mr. Sushil Ansal. But When his son Pranav Ansal took charge he make it HELL. Although, few staff is good here but they are not happy too.

No Job Security, Delay in Salary, Too much litigation's & fraud cases, Things are in worse conditions.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
