... maintain each and every record as if you are working in any data entry company. They do not have budget they do not pay salary and they hire at minimum pay and exploit the employees. Also when you ask for any compensation or reimbursement they simply refuse . Not at all supportive people here. As a fresher plz do not join. No one is here to train you and everyone will expect excellent output from day one. Poor company poor people pathetic office poor managers . Also they do not give you offer letter n all here only just written emails so that you do not have any proof.

...yee. Guides everyone in job. We all collogues work happily under Amit and Sweta. Offers good salary and Incentive plans. I would suggest everyone to work here if anyone wants to grow in life.

The work culture and ambience is amazing .They provide us with a lot of benefits other than salary so its is very secure . They have flexible policies . If you're thinking to join the company do it cz this is the best you'll get.

This is a very good company, I have got to learn a lot in my life, I am very blessed that I got to work here, Amit sir and Sweta ma'am have guided me a lot and seniors too.

Everything is very good but sometimes there should be some extracurricular activities along with work, everything else is perfect.

It's been 7+years working with ANS.. This company gives you the opportunity to do recruitment for renowned players of industry ,And one get appreciation for every bit of work he/she does, and along with that they give growth in role and responsibilities .. Foremost important are the ethics they follow and professionalism which persists here..
