Dislikes

Management never does anonymous surveys/feedback with employees. Cost cutting in the name of fringe benefits (food/snacks). Poor and below-average appraisal for juniors as compared to other companies. They are stuck in old tech stacks/old laptops. Please try to upgrade in both. Salary Structure - there are many deductions from your CTC and you won't get anything in return to justify it. If your salary package is 4 LPA then you can expect only 1.5 to 2 LPA in-hand salry.
