Scope. There indeed is a lot to learn on practical aspevts but again its an individuals choice. Good to start career with such org but not a good haul to stay fr long period as you might feel stagnant.

Culture and baised way of salary structure. Unprofessional way of work. No value for quality work. More of a sheep or donkey rearing place. Unorganised work and heavy load with no appropriate compensation.

Nothing, seniors are full of shit, all are bootlicker and expect the same from juniors. Everything seems fishy here. Need a strong surprise audit of all past 5 year transactions by the company from regulatory bodies on all level.

They think work culture is a joke, they don't think about employees. Un necessary deductions from salary. Senior Management is Highly biased towards employees belongs to other than Orissa state. They even forge the Great place to work database to get good ratings.

Annapurana microfinance pvt.Ltd. is the finest work place for fresher's who wants to make carrier in finance department or banking. Here job is challenging and a good work place .

This company has no time limit to work ,monthly 4 leaves, good salary and timing, branch management not good.

Behaviour of HOD's. Some HOD's have no vision they are very much confused what to do and don't have proper knowledge. No Work life balance. Some times you have to seat beyond working hours just for oil polishing to bosses.
