Not cared about employees benefits. Like appraisal, promotion , Branch expenses from our salary, delayed reimbursements for branch expenses, no proper response from back end head office. Business oriented company, not supporting for credit dept. No challenging contests for business and credit. Last 2 years no appraisal... If you suffered fever even forced to come to office

Good working environment and culture.Teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. Smooth and easy process.

Dislikes

Poor salary and career growth is slow .On the job training is not given to new joiners. Increments hold of previous year that is very baad habit.

...deputy manager . It's a odisa base company means head office is in odisa State. End of the month we got salary . Reporting boss is always helpful n corporate.

Politics wid office staff Not corporate Credit person in Mumbai region only one staff to each branch and sales person around 6 staff wid branch manager. Daily business expected like new business and collection recovery from default and flow customer. Branch environment is not good for working.

Scope. There indeed is a lot to learn on practical aspevts but again its an individuals choice. Good to start career with such org but not a good haul to stay fr long period as you might feel stagnant.

Dislikes

Culture and baised way of salary structure. Unprofessional way of work. No value for quality work. More of a sheep or donkey rearing place. Unorganised work and heavy load with no appropriate compensation.

Job Security, Salary on time, Friendly Atmosphere with in own branch.

Work on Holiday, Sunday Work, Compensatory Leave will be given but you none Can able to take this. As very less leave is granted. One forcely adjust as he or she is family person and having responsibilities.
