Scope. There indeed is a lot to learn on practical aspevts but again its an individuals choice. Good to start career with such org but not a good haul to stay fr long period as you might feel stagnant.

Culture and baised way of salary structure. Unprofessional way of work. No value for quality work. More of a sheep or donkey rearing place. Unorganised work and heavy load with no appropriate compensation.

You will get good salary probably without doing any work , if you can do daily pampering to your immediate manager and senior management

Company is very weak in terms of its business fundamentals Very high irregularities in business and data management People who are sitting on top are very interested in living luxurious using company using as a tool It is mandatory to join every festivals as an audience so to satisfy the ego of the company's senior management, else, you will probably lose your job

Behaviour of HOD's. Some HOD's have no vision they are very much confused what to do and don't have proper knowledge. No Work life balance. Some times you have to seat beyond working hours just for oil polishing to bosses.

Its Frustrating to work here. using the out dated software like Tally for accounting & Excel is reliable tool. There's Constant unnecessary pressure given by Senior's , they think like Boss of companies. They making Lock in Software even current month work in progress and ask you why not work is Updated / the useless question from a senior. Every day they will tourture you and don't come here for money only. job satisfaction is nil . Just don't waste your life by joining this Organization.

The management is worse. During appraisal the team leader will hide the score and will only appraisal to those he had deal with. In operation department they take money and give appraisal accordingly. The management has all the ideas but hide all the fact. They get many Business Awards by giving money. I remember for great place to work we all wrote done what the team leader told as to write. We filled all the forms of employees which was meant for employees to fill in themselves. That is how it gets great place to work award every year. This is why I don't trust companies which showcases awards on the website.
