- Not much salary growth but offer good salary to lateral entry. - No culture to get together with teammates and quarterly parties. - Excessive micromanagement, 3-4 meetings per day and they monitor attendance in teams. - Very client centric. For clients they want you to sacrifice your daily life and just work tirelessly. - No proper planning in the project. No technology architect in the project.

Offering Good Package for freshers and experienced.

Dislikes

All are gone well before they implement the Hybrid work policy. They are now forcing employees to work at the office, which I found unfair. They should have been given the flexibility to choose their option.

Learning new skills such as Alteryx, Tableau and other trainings. Work environment is good depending upon the team.

Dislikes

...ping, some of the teamleads are not qualified to handle people, rest is good. Salary is an issue, don’t expect a good pay.

Based on every person opinion/own mind have dislike something. i felt, nothing about my company in order to dislikes.

They gave you the salary as you except and having good work and life balance because from one year there is nothing to do work. They don't have work for there employees. Eventually Layoffs was starded. Every day policy has changed.
