- Not much salary growth but offer good salary to lateral entry. - No culture to get together with teammates and quarterly parties. - Excessive micromanagement, 3-4 meetings per day and they monitor attendance in teams. - Very client centric. For clients they want you to sacrifice your daily life and just work tirelessly. - No proper planning in the project. No technology architect in the project.

...anization but people need to do little compromise in terms of work life balance. Salary hike is average. Don't expect promotion soon.

Compensation,benefits are only satisfying factors.. Now a days due to micromanagement many left... It used to be a good company until mid-22

...company and the Managers, TL are cooperative and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are good too and they provide you good salary hike.

Only good thing is salary and bonus(applicable only for lead and above level)

Dislikes

You will be trapped into politics. Other leads will not share the kt or training which they only received. You will find any one can be promoted at any level e.g. Your peer (lead)can be promoted to director based on favourisom and yes sir skills. CTO is from non technical background and suggest technical people what to do. Indian management is not interested in any of the issues. They work based on guidelines given by us team/cto.
