Great philanthrohy spirit and approach from top to bottom is again, I found to be inspiring. ...t but I will say that with right one's we grow and from wrong one's we learn. 2. Salary pay structure could be improvised as per the tax saving features available in income tax.

Environment it and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is is a HIV cafeteria and gaming arcades chilling company policies are good appraisal affair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

the company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technologies, i love fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. there is no on-job taring for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

There is alot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you can not resign.. on the job training is not given to new joinees
