I liked their shown interest in marketing Division & plan accordingly. But after lots of new activity which they have also committed, suddenly their Switching off Focus from Marketing Dept. Ideotic thinking of the management suffering lots of the Employee. Suggested not to Join this "Bull Sheet" Organization.

Dislikes

Everything. Terrible Experience. Their is no strategy of "Retain Manpower" by the management. Requirement of Manpower basically game for them. They are actually playing with "Career" of their employees. They are basically Strategy & Plan less people. Suggested not to join this group.
